The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and inspiring Occupational Therapist to join our team in either the North, Northwest or South of the state. You will be working within a multidisciplinary setting with a team of highly experienced therapists.

St Giles also has the added benefit of having administration support for all NDIS paperwork and scheduling requirements on-site, a full workshop and technicians on site to assist with consultation, design and modifications.

Your Expertise & Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be able to provide participants with access to high quality supports that address individual needs to enhance independence, abilities, community participation and/or quality of life.

Your role will include:  

  • Managing a clinical caseload of clients requiring Occupational Therapy
  • Conduct assessments, plan, implement and review intervention programs for the needs of clients and families
  • Provide information and education to clients, carers, other members of the health care team and other service providers as appropriate, about client needs.
  • Assist the discipline coordinator of Occupational Therapy in providing a clinical program for clients.
  • Contribute to and participate in staff development programs

You must have a current driver license, National Police Check, and a Working with Vulnerable Persons check (child-related activity and NDIS Screening Tool added)
