Females aged 10 – 14, focusing on social skills and independence
This group aims to help young females develop skills to make supportive and caring friendships, improve independent living skills and build on personal wellbeing.
Exploring topics such as making friends, changes during puberty, personal wellbeing and self-care, the group will also provide the opportunity to participate in a range of shared activities such as cooking, dance, yoga, drama, art and sports to help create strong connections.
Participants will be required to complete a 1 on 1 session with our Learning Intervention Specialist prior to commencing the group.
TESS may be funded using NDIS plans where the program aligns with a participant’s goals.
