A donation to help us sing, dance and act.

StGiles dream of a world where people of all abilities can sing, dance and act was given a boost with a $5000 donation from the team at Harrison Humphreys Real Estate.

The $5000 will go directly to StGiles Studio Space All Abilities Theatre Company.

The money was from commission earned by agents at Harrison Humphreys during the past year.

Harrison Humphreys Director Tom Harrison, StGiles Chief Executive Andrew Billing, Harrison Humphreys Jessica Bryant, along with other staff from the agency.

Director, Tom Harrison said staff members’ generational experience of StGiles had firmed the company’s resolve to help Studio Space.

Staff member Jesse Denholm’s father attended StGiles while Jessica Bryant’s son George, 3, comes to StGiles for occupational therapy.

StGiles chief executive Andrew Billing said projects like Studio Space relied 100 per cent on donations to develop and deliver.

Studio Space classes attract all ages and abilities and culminate in an end of year production.

The team is also keen to tour the company within Tasmania, Victoria and eventually to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

“We dream big here at StGiles and donations like this work their magic,” Mr Billing said.
