StGiles Events

Important update

We are very sad to announce that most of our events for 2020 are now either postponed or cancelled.

Our wish is that we all stay safe during these difficult months.

During the next six months:

CANCELLED:

  • March 20 Balfour Burn
  • March 21 Harmony Niche at the Tramsheds
  • April 4 Easter Niche at the Albert Hall

POSTPONED:

The below events are postponed until further notice including:

  • June 13 – I-Know Trivia, Tailrace Centre
  • July 17 – Starry Night Niche

The cancellations will have devastating ramifications for our fundraising efforts.

However, our work with vulnerable Tasmanians makes us very aware of the public health challenges we all now face.

Easter Niche was scheduled for April 4. The event usually attracts 5000 visitors and raises $15,000 for children’s disability services. The Balfour Burn was on track to raise $10,000.

Harmony Niche, scheduled for the Tramsheds on March 21 was a first time collaboration between StGiles and the Migrant Resource Centre.
