Speech Pathology
Speech Pathology provides assessment, intervention and support to children with communication and/or feeding problems.
St Giles assists children with:
- language difficulties that might include, putting words together to form phrases & sentences and using language in a social situation;
- speech difficulties such as stuttering, unclear speech and voice problems;
- voice problems such as nasal sounding, hoarse & croaky;
- feeding difficulties such as chewing, swallowing, sucking, dribbling & messy eating;
- non speech communications such as sign language, picture symbols, communication boards, computers and voice output communication devices.
