Our Purpose

St Giles main foyer

St Giles was founded in 1937 by the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and City of Launceston to provide aftercare support for children affected by polio.

Today St Giles provides quality services for up to 2500 Tasmanian children and adults with disabilities - to enhance their independence and community participation.
