St Giles first ever classic wine auction was a smaller than predicted gathering with successful outcomes.
With 32 quality lots - including 3 bottles of grange - the auction was a financial success, yielding well over $8000.
With nearly 50 sponsors - most of them first time - it brought some new life to the St Giles fundraising portfolio.
The bidders who knew their wine found themselves with some very fine bargains - all in the brilliant auction room - the Atrium cafe in the Cimitiere Building, Launceston.
The strong core of St Giles supporters who bid for wine and items like the Heli Adventures lunch trip to Jansz vineyard, picked up some delightful auction parcels while continuing their support for our organisation.
